Piece of wood? Get it right, it's a (wooden) ruler.

I've only seen the car before this meet on the net, and never realized how many mods there are on this car. Custom rear end, front mounted fuel tank (only a smallish one, so it got trailed down to the Meet), the original Bug fuel tank is still there under the rear window, but the previous owner apparently fully 'glassed it in!! Evetually it started sucking up crud. So it was turned into a water tank for the water based intercooler for the turbo. That's a Ford Cosworth motor with some serious work done to it I believe. Custom air intakes on the upper 'shoulders' of the car (which a few of us doubt would suck any air in of real worth), with the 'Contach' air intakes relocated to the lower side vents. The most subtle of the mods was the radiusing of the front wheel arches. I didn't' really get a good photo of it, but it looks great. Custom dash with looks based on one from our Eureka F4.

Can't wait fir the next meet. Only 12 month to go! lol
