| Owners' Car Showcase |
Welcome to the Showcase of Members' Cars! These cars are not for sale. Rather, the showcase represents a place where any owner of a Sterling, Sebring, Cimbria (Nova, Erueka, Eagle, etc.) can very easily display their car -- whether it is a raw project, a daily driver, or a perfect show car. Additionally, once you add your car to the showcase, you can easily create a "Builder's Journal" for your project including text, photos, video or whatever information you want to share about your car. Whether you have a finished car or a project, please take the time to post your car and have it be counted in the ongoing saga.

I own CCC416. I bought her in 2005 and attempted a body on restoration for 2 years. After 2 years of very little progress, I got serious and removed the body and refurbished the chassis, removed the engine and trans and lowered the floor pans 5". I have, but have not installed yet, full disc brakes.
I've been working on the interior of the car for a year now. I have designed and am currently building a totally custom dash. It will house 5 VDO gauges, a reverse monitor, head unit, 2 Miata air vents and a 12 volt power port. 3 of the VDOs are installed in a gauge pod that sits on top of the steering column, which is from a 96 Firebird. There will also be a full length center console that might have some storage in it under the rear window, between the seats... haven't decided yet. I have Miata seats that are getting custom upholstery. Linear actators are installed and working via remote control.
The body wont get too much customization except for the rear end. I am installing full function LED tail lights in the upper section of the body, not the lower panel. That, is being filled in flat and the license plate will reside there in the center. Once all the body work is done I'm thinking a nice modern VW Silver for paint.
