  • Yes, I had sent you a PM yesterday regarding that. I'm glad you were able to talk him into the right direction. There was no way I could help him with that! Thank you for the assistance.

I had also sent a PM a few weeks ago - I'm wondering if the PM system is working on my end here. In regards to forums in general; I'm operating a very small forum (20 members so far) for a vintage RV group. I'm using Simple Machines forum software, which is ok, but everything needs to be coded to a certain extent. I hate coding, and I know you had suggested forum software in the past that was user-friendly. Refresh my memory on that? I'd like to either switch or upgrade to a 'friendlier' use - and try to keep the spambots at bay.

That's good to know. I'm going to run it by Warren, the webmaster here. My main concern is losing the threads already started and having people migrate to EN.
Hi Peter. Is there an overly large photo on that page or is it the entire site? At the moment the site looks fine to me, but some threads (like your build thread and Yaughn's blue Corvette photo) have huge photos that make you scroll to one side. I should pick that photo and reduce it anyway - if that's not the only issue, please let me know!
Seems it was the new internet Explorer 11, no good other than windows 8, and that's crap.
    Hi Peter,
No, not that I know of. I still have the 'quick links' tab at the top of my page. Adobe wouldn't have anything to do with the forum, other than having the initial opening page as having a Flash player sequence. I'll see if anyone else is having the same issue.. at least we'll try to narrow it down to something!

Thanks for that, comes over really RED doesn't it, been playing with the new V5 forum and we seem to have settled on a blue theme. smileys duly nicked thanks. Just need to get that animated opening page but I just heard from Proboards I can't mess with the log in page, just one after it so looking into that. thanks again,Peter
    Hi Peter,
Well, I didn't set up the forum, so I don't know where Warren (the webmaster) culled those from. I can't imagine he would have any issue with copying some of those as I've seen them on other forum boards as well. As for the link request, yes I did, and it's active here: Links Gallery - National/International Sites - SterlingKitCars.com
