Wire loom clamps

I have been epoxying just your standard plastic zip tie base to hold the wire loom but I was thinking there has to be a better method. What have you guys found that works? OEM styles would be ideal but some places just simply can't be drilled to mount them.

I am contemplating modeling up and printing some zip tie mounts that have long enough ends that they can be glassed in but I'm sure there are simpler approaches.

Been there, done that :) I can post the .stl files. I printed some up last year. they work great.

I'm also posting a 15 pin .093 barrel connector, male and female. Should show up on the same page.

I think I was going to use them for the hydraulic lines for the canopy through the fiberglass body, mine are 3/8 OD.

Ended up just buying these. I'll screw them on in some places and I just epoxied a dozen of them last night with great success.

That's what I ended up doing is epoxying them in place. I tried epoxy with the store bought, but they always seemed to pull off. I think it's because of the material they're made of that's like a non-stick kind of 'stuff'. I was hoping the ABS would work better and it has so far.

Also, I modeled some 3/8" dual hydraulic line clamps and printed them up last night. They'll work great to keep things tidy. I modeled and printed a female 15 pin .093 molex "holder" with sunken nut holes. (god that sounds horrible, but words aren't working right now). I'm thinking you can either epoxy the nuts or bolts to pass through the body, whatever works best for you.

I haven't had any pull off yet but I have a feeling I will so I might go ahead and redo a few by just screwing them in.
